  Bid "Doubled". Your hand is too weak for any of the other normal bids, so tell you partner (in bridg-ish) "I would have bid if the enemy had not intervened". It's that wonderful 'Negative double' to the rescue again, promising the highest unbid suit, which in this case (given the 2C overcall), means Spades at the one level.
