  Singletons and voids are terrible in No Trumps contracts. Even if your partner has a long suit, you will find it difficult to lead up to it. Doubletons can be nasty too, unless they are powerful, with a card good stop the enemy running away in that suit. Your doubleton will be in the same suit as your partner's, as luck would have it.
