The enemy (LHO) immediately overcalled, 2 Hearts. Your partner supported your Spades at the 2 level, which is a weak level of support. The enemy (RHO) again immediately overcalled, 3 Hearts. So, back to you. What should you now bid ?
( 3 ). 4 Spades

Since the enemy might make 4 Hearts, then a bid of 4 Spades is a good sacrifice - especially here, as it seems to have a good chance of making, with a total of 14 losers between you. Since the enemy must have 8 Hearts, your partner has one at most, getting rid of your Heart losers. If your partner has the King of Spades, game will make.
